![]() Alex3031 mentioned, there is supposed to be a Java-free version in the works. It has made managing other applications and Java throughout the entire organization much easier as we do not have to deal with conflicting versions or updates. As in my previous post, we have the Java-dependent version and staff configured so that they access an RDS environment set up with the requirements for Kronos. ![]() It is usually management within Kronos itself (configuring staff accounts & access levels), otherwise it should be something that Kronos Support handles or is able to assist with. ![]() I don't know how much others spend supporting Kronos, but for the most part it is pretty minimal for us. I really wish we could go with something that is not dependent on Java.Īre your concerns in relation to Java or other aspects of supporting Kronos? I just see a flood of tickets, pissed off users, and a never ending support nightmare. My company is planning/testing to migrate to Kronos and from what all I ever heard I simply do not get a warm fuzzy feeling about this.
